System Locker exists to help developers make thoughtful decisions about access to the software they build. That work is technical, but the values behind it are human. We want a portion of the company’s success to support people and communities beyond our product.
Our commitment
5% of System Locker revenue is going toward the causes we believe in.
What guides the initiative
Our giving will reflect a simple set of humanitarian values. We care about practical work that helps people stay safe, pursue good health, and have the opportunity to flourish. We also believe privacy and security are part of human dignity: people should be able to communicate, create, and participate in modern life without needless exposure or coercion.

Why this matters to us
We're a software company, so we're not claiming that we are solving society's hardest problems. We cannot do that. But we can decide what to do with our resources. A revenue-based commitment such as this one links the initiative to the real activity of the business: when developers choose System Locker, our capacity to support these values grows too.
This is not a substitute for building a responsible product. We will continue to treat privacy and security as product responsibilities, communicate plainly about what our tools do and do not protect, and make decisions with respect for the developers and users who rely on us.
How we will approach giving
The initiative gives us a durable direction rather than a one-time campaign. As we select causes to support, we will look for work that aligns with these values and can make a meaningful difference. The details of giving may evolve, but the 5% revenue commitment and the humanitarian principles behind it are the foundation.
