"Unlimited" means that we won't restrict good-faith usage. For certain features, like systems, there may still be behind-the-scenes limits—if you hit that limit, contact us and we will raise it to support your needs.

Keys lock to a hardware identifier based on your system rules, and the server checks for an exact match on subsequent authentications.

It's your choice what best constitutes a hardware identifier. You can let users self-reset on an interval, or keep resets fully manual through developer/admin controls.

A good hardware identifier is unique to each system and difficult to spoof. It should be based on a loose match of multiple system characteristics like the MAC address, CPU serial number, or other hardware-specific details.

Due to the resources required to automatically detect and prevent security threats, Aegis features are currently available only for higher-tier plans and as an add-on. This may change in the future as we continue to develop and refine the technology.

Aegis works by continuously scanning logs for suspicious activity. Aegis features are supported by a large database of IP address and open source intelligence.

Reseller accounts and admin accounts are not distinguished by name. Typically, admin accounts will have permission to see all keys and reset HWIDs, while reseller accounts have key generation permission only.
